Principal Kylie Piper explains the journey the school is taking in the partnership with Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu to support each Ngāi Tahu child to succeed in their unique cultural identity and each Māori child to succeed in their identity.

They explain how they are learning to create educationally powerful connections with the diverse funds of knowledge of all of the learners in their multi-cultural school. A Ngāi Tahu student explains how the changes are supporting all learners to develop their competence as mathematicians.
