Introduction

This report summarises the available information on international fee-paying students enrolled in New Zealand schools. Information from the Export Education Levy is presented on the trend in enrolments to 2013, the regional breakdown from 2007 to 2013, and the main source countries for international students. Information from ENROL returns, as at 1 July 2013, is presented on the schools in which international students were enrolled. The source of the data is www.educationcounts.govt.nz.
