Attendance Collection (Electronic) 2019Instructions on how to create and send electronic attendance files.
The Ministry is collecting attendance and absence data from all state and state-integrated schools with an electronic attendance register (eAR). You are asked to create the attendance file from your Student Management System (SMS) and to send it to the Ministry.
- Now that term 2 is finished create the attendance survey file using eAR.
- This file should be for the entire term - from 29 April 2019 to 5 July 2019.
- Send it to the Ministry using the School Data Portal during the week beginning Monday 5 August 2019. We understand some primary schools may wish to send their data after 16 August 2019. All schools can submit data up till 30 August 2019, and we will provide further reminders for schools up till the end of August.

How to Send the Data
Data should be sent using the secure Ministry School Data Portal, previously known as the Student Data Portal. This is the same portal that many schools use to send in the .moe file.
