Research Behind the BESs

Summary

This service is for New Zealand educators working in early childhood or schooling who are seeking access to studies cited in best evidence syntheses.

An exciting opportunity for all teachers and teacher leaders has been developed in conjunction with the Ministry of Education Library. You can now order the research articles referred to in any BES.

Access to research behind the Best Evidence Syntheses for people working in New Zealand schools or early childhood education centres

  • Select from BES Title to narrow your search to research behind a single BES
  • To search for a specific work, or works by a specific author, put a few words from the title or the author’s surname in the Any Word box
  • If you work within a New Zealand school or early childhood education centre you can ask to borrow any of these items by checking the box beside a title in the results list, moving to the bottom of the list, clicking the 'Request Selected' button and providing details requested. We cannot guarantee availability of all resources listed.
