Notes:
  1. This is a major new development. Standards of progression (re: curriculum) need to be confirmed, a suitable measurement tool developed, and assessments implemented such that a data source is established.
  2. This indicator is looking to quantify the number of schools assessed as effective for Pasifika by the ERO. To be a fair measure there needs to be a high degree of overlap between the next ERO assessment and the 2006 assessment which was used to establish the baseline.
  3. Data available and no major methodological problems. Indicators under development
  4. A project is currently underway to identify advanced trade technical and professional qualifications.
