Special Education 2000 - Evaluation and Monitoring

Summary

In October 1998, a team from Massey University was contracted by the Ministry of Education to provide independent evaluation and monitoring of Special Education 2000 (SE2000) over a three year period.

Massey University has completed all three phases of research. They are:

• Special Education 2000: Monitoring and Evaluation of the Policy - Phase 1 Final Report
