Early Childhood Education Roll Return forms for July 2008 may be downloaded from here. Please select the type of form appropriate for your licensed or home-based service, license-exempt group. If you use one of these blank copies please remember to fill in your service name, number, and contact details on the front page. Completed forms must be received by Data Management as specified on the date of the front page of the service form.

Guidelines have been developed to help early childhood education services to prepare the data needed for the Annual ECE Child and Staff Return.
